It is made available primarily for the convenience of those who wish to make a printed copy for their use. Users should note, however, that through the year, frequent membership changes are made which render this listing inaccurate to some degree. ( In 2018 there were 40 members added and 39 members dropped from the membership. At this printing, we have 277 members.)
