Bequests/Trust Distributions/Beneficiary Designations

The following is suggested language for wills, trusts and beneficiary designations in order to benefit the D. J. Angus-Scientech Educational Foundation, Inc. You should consult with your legal and tax advisors with any questions.

Wills

(a) A cash bequest:

I give and bequeath to the D. J. Angus-Scientech Educational Foundation, Inc., Indianapolis, Indiana, the sum of ________________ Dollars ($___________) to be used for such uses and purposes as its governing body shall deem appropriate.

(b) A percentage bequest:

I give and bequeath to the D. J. Angus-Scientech Educational Foundation, Inc., Indianapolis, Indiana, ____________percent (_____%) of my estate to be used for such uses and purposes as its governing body shall deem appropriate.

(c) A residuary estate bequest:

I give and bequeath to the D. J. Angus-Scientech Educational Foundation, Inc., Indianapolis, Indiana, all the residue of my property and estate to be used for such uses and purposes as its governing body shall deem appropriate.

Trust Agreements

(a) A cash distribution:

The Trustee shall distribute to the D. J. Angus-Scientech Educational Foundation, Inc., Indianapolis, Indiana, free of trust, the sum of ________________ Dollars ($___________) to be used for such uses and purposes as its governing body shall deem appropriate.

(b) A percentage distribution:

The Trustee shall distribute to the D. J. Angus-Scientech Educational Foundation, Inc., Indianapolis, Indiana, free of trust, ____________percent (_____%) of the trust property to be used for such uses and purposes as its governing body shall deem appropriate.

(c) A distribution of all trust property:

The Trustee shall distribute to the D. J. Angus-Scientech Educational Foundation, Inc., Indianapolis, Indiana, free of trust, all the remaining trust property, together with any accumulated net income thereon, to be used for such uses and purposes as its governing body shall deem appropriate after which this trust shall terminate.
